We build in Oregon, within 50 miles of our office in Lake Oswego. Our homes offer industry leading designs, construction technology, and energy efficiency. Until now, homeowners have often had to engage in the complicated and time consuming process of building a custom home to achieve the features and quality that Renaissance is noted for.

Our homes have long been sought by owners who want and deserve the highest quality. Renaissance Homes has historically built on home sites and properties that we have acquired for development and sale. Now, our Renaissance Custom Homes division offers the opportunity to have one of our outstanding homes built on property you own with pricing for your home immediately available. Our Universal Standards, a collection of premium and high-performance products that are included with every Renaissance home, offers a streamlined specification process so you can spend more time personalizing your home to complement your priorities and preferences from our award-winning Design Studio- one of the primary reasons for purchasing a custom-style home.

The Renaissance Homes process will minimize the challenges and uncertainty of building on your home site by providing home plans that fit your unique lifestyle, outlining all of the finishes of your home, providing upfront pricing, and a dependable project timeline. With our proven process and your dreams, we believe that Renaissance Homes will provide you with the ultimate homebuilding experience and a home that will create lasting value for many years to come.

As clients Ben and Suzie began house hunting, their first order of business was finding the best place that would grow with their family of five. They prioritized a layout that offered plenty of space to be together with the option of retreating to quieter, private spaces. A good-sized yard was also a must for the kids and dogs to roam and explore. The couple had toured the Renaissance Homes Street of Dreams home as well as several other of our model homes, and they liked the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. “We knew we wanted Renaissance to build our home,” said Ben. “It was just a matter of finding the right plan and the right property.” Read on to hear their experience building their dream Renaissance home!
