The Renaissance Custom Homes program is becoming increasingly more popular with home buyers because it delivers a custom-style home without all of the usual frustrations and bottlenecks (read: increased costs and headaches) associated with the typical custom-home process. For many who may have experienced a custom build, which can include expensive architectural and design work, months of project costs estimating, and extensive trips to select finishes and various products, the Renaissance Custom Homes path is much easier.

At this point, the total project cost is realized, we enter into a construction agreement, and the pre-construction phase begins. Once the permitting phase is complete, vertical construction begins, and six to nine months later, our clients are moving into their brand-new Renaissance home!

Case in point, the photo above is from a recent project, where we are building our Glenwood plan with a daylight basement, developing the property for access, power, well, septic system, and also a custom-sized shop for the clients’ RV. When finished, this project will rest beautifully on the sloped lot, with panoramic territorial views.
