Each year, the owners of the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn open their grounds to share the rainbow of colors from 40 acres of rolling flower fields.

Enjoy train rides through the fields, rubber duck races, pony rides, a café and gift shop. It’s fun for the whole family – and a great spot to get photos taken with Mt. Hood in the background. Plus, gardeners can order bulbs for fall planting and learn tips.

If you have time to make it a day trip, Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Garden are also close-by. The Aurora National Historical District is also a fun stop to visit the antique shops and architectural salvage shop.

The Tulip Festival is located at 33814 S. Meridian Road in Woodburn and is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day and costs $10 per carload.
