Randy Sebastian, has deep roots in the Portland area and is passionate about our great city. He grew up in Oregon City and attended Portland State University. He began building homes in SE Portland in 1984 at the age of twenty. The following year, he founded Renaissance Homes. Since then, he has continually refined and improved the home building process. His work continues to reflect his enthusiasm and excitement, thus creating one of the most acclaimed local home builders in the Portland area.
