The Renaissance Homes process has been honed over the course of over 40 years. Our expert team will walk you through every detail, offering a “one stop” experience you simply won’t find elsewhere.

Step 1

Home Site Evaluation

Our team will evaluate your home site, offering our expertise and consulting at no cost. We’ll identify requirements and restrictions, help determine the placement of the home, discuss logistics and site costs, and more.

Step 2

Architectural Design

You’ll work with our talented architect and architectural design team to create a custom home plan suited to fit your needs and wish list.

Step 3

Accounting + Permitting

Our accounting department works closely with you and your lender (if necessary) to develop a budget and coordinate billing throughout construction. Our permitting + plans coordinator will assemble and submit your plans to the appropriate jurisdictions to begin construction.

Step 4

Construction

Our experienced construction managers work every day to ensure your home construction is moving forward on schedule. You will have access to your designated manager to communicate throughout the home building process. They utilize strong relationships with local suppliers and craftspeople to deliver high quality, luxury homes that are truly unforgettable.

Step 5

Home Orientation & Move-In

When your home is complete, you will receive a personalized orientation of your home’s key features, answer questions, and address any issues.

Step 6

Ongoing Care

Your Renaissance experience does not end when construction is complete. We provide ongoing customer care to handle any issues that may arise after you move in.
