Winners over all three categories were selected by a panel of industry professionals based off specific judging criteria including overall aesthetic appeal and design, uniqueness, relevancy to modern design principles. Renaissance won the award in the category of Single Family Home Detached, $550,000 - $649,999 for our home on 60th and Ramona in Southeast Portland.
