The Renaissance Homes team took home two awards at the First Annual Oregon Home Structure & Style Awards Wednesday evening.  Builder awards were given in several categories based on price range and judged for amenities & aesthetics, workmanship/quality of construction, degree of difficulty and value & cost effectiveness.  Renaissance won the award for Single Family Home detached $450,000-$549,999 for our Metro Series Home on SE 16th & Pershing in Portland and the award for Single Family Home detached $1,000,000-$1,499,999 for our home in Lake Oswego on Wembley Park Road.  Congrats Renaissance team for your excellence in new construction!  The Best Built Home are Renaissance Homes!
