The Benson

Finding a new home that you love is a gratifying and exciting adventure. While adoring the home itself is a huge priority, finding a neighborhood that is also the right fit is just as important. Our two homes—a Prescott Foursquare located at 3955 NE 34th Ave and a Benson Foursquare (seen pictured) located at 3160 NE Alameda Street –have the perfect mix of charming home and neighborhood. Check out some neighborhood highlights below:

In the summertime Wilshire Park takes part in “Movies in the Park”, a family-friendly evening event that includes live-music, possible food carts, and a large outdoor screening of a featured film that starts at dusk. Make sure to pack a blanket and some snacks while you enjoy the summer breeze and a fun flick.
