We believe in continued service after you've settled into your new home. 

Our Quality Assurance Team is always available to answer your questions and concerns, and we continually work to support each homeowner during the warranty period. This is Customer Service the Renaissance Way.
 

A customer service representative will contact you 1-2 business days from the first business day the request is received to schedule an inspection of your home. Please note that inspection visits are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Submitting a warranty request is simple: please complete the “Warranty Service Request” below and it will be sent to the appropriate team member.
