COVID-19: Oregon's Construction & Real Estate Industry

On March 23rd 2020, Oregon Governor Kate Brown issued an executive order with expanded business closure requirements. Neither the construction or real estate industry are shut down, but there are specific guidelines for continuing to operate at this time. Renaissance Homes has implemented practices for telework and social distancing in our office, design studio, and on our job sites.

OPEN HOUSES / HOME SHOWINGS / VIDEO TOURS

All of our homes are non-owner occupied, all commonly touched surfaces are frequently cleaned, and we offer hand sanitizer to use in the homes. Please continue to practice six feet of social distancing at all times, inside and outside the home. We offer both video tours and Matterports of our move-in ready homes and our real estate team can do video meetings and FaceTime with realtors and home buyers to show any of our completed and upcoming homes.

MEETINGS

To ensure the health and safety of all of our employees, clients, and trade partners, if you have a meeting scheduled with one of our staff and either they are not feeling well or someone in their household is not feeling well, we will notify you immediately and reschedule any meetings. We ask that you notify us at your earliest convenience if you or any member of your household has experienced a cough, fever, or is not feeling well. We also ask that you notify us if you or any member has traveled internationally within the last 14 days.

JOB SITES

For job site safety, we are managing the flow of subcontractors and other workers to ensure safe social distances are made and taking necessary precautions to protect our employees and other individuals interacting with Renaissance Homes.

Sincerely,

The Renaissance Homes Team
