This Southwest Portland neighborhood developed in the early 20th century around a railway depot. This tight-knit community values shopping locally, and Multnomah Village offers lots of opportunities to do so. With many art galleries, the esteemed Multnomah Arts Center, and the annual Multnomah Days, there is plenty to do. The restaurant scene offers family-friendly cafes, a few bars, and a recent upscale pizzeria. Dog walkers rejoice: Gabriel Park is 90 acres and features an off-leash area in addition to numerous sports courts and fields. There’s more – the Southwest Community Center includes a rock climbing wall and fitness center.
