Renaissance Homes website gets a makeover

It’s extreme makeover time! The Renaissance Homes website went through a nip and tuck lately as we launched a new home page, added functionality, new content and streamlined navigation.
“The website is an important tool for us to reach consumers, brokers, vendors and neighbors,” said Renaissance Homes President Randy Sebastian. “We believe it is an evolving tool for us. We are constantly innovating in our homes and we share that same passion with everything else throughout the company.”
The new website is a culmination of many months effort to add new content, add updated search capabilities for home buyers and give the home page a fresh, modern look with larger visuals and an expanded news section on the bottom. Social media icons were integrated for ease of use and navigation was improved for current Renaissance Home owners to request warranty service from the home page.
“Consumers go to our website to research neighborhoods, floorplans and green building,” said Director of Marketing Kelly Asmus. “We wanted to take it several steps further and provide customized community content, walk scores, maps, links to schools and videos. Consumers aren’t buying just a home. They are buying a lifestyle in that community. What’s around them matters.”
New content added includes
– Living Green. This expanded section details green building practices
– We Buy Land. Contact our land acquisition department directly for guidance and advice on development, lots and tear downs.

The current website was launched in 2011 with emphasis on easy to find information for consumers and educational information on green building. The website was the 2012 Home Builders Association award for website of the year.
