Renaissance Homes takes home two Building Excellence Awards
Renaissance Homes took home two Building Excellence Awards at the Sept. 30, 2014, Excellence Awards put on by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. The tenth annual Excellence Awards Dinner recognized the outstanding work of local companies across a variety of categories, including new residential construction, remodeling and marketing. Renaissance Homes earned honors for these two categories:Metro Single Family Home $350,000 to $450,000: This award was for Renaissance’s Metro Collection, a nod to modern home design offering clean lines, simple proportions, open floorplans and abundant natural light. Renaissance currently has several Metro Collection homes under construction throughout Portland. Single Family Home $450,000 to $550,000: This award highlighted the Morrison Cottage floorplan. Blending a combination of countryside cottage architecture with contemporary flair, the LEED-certified Morrison Cottage boasts timeless craftsmanship and features a stinking shake facade and A frame roofline. Renaissance currently has several Morrison Cottage floorplans under construction in Portland. Morrison Cottage HaroldWinners were selected by a panel of industry professionals based on aesthetics, general design and other factors and divided into selection groups by budgetary consideration.
