Two New Starts at Renaissance Boat Club

We’re doing what we do best at Renaissance Boat Club: building excellent homes! There’s so much activity going on at our premier Wilsonville site, as our Construction Manager Ryan Miller just started two new homes, in addition to our newly-completed model home. We’re building the Bertram Seaboard Floor Plan on Homesite 2 and Admiral Riverside on Homesite 25, and are thrilled to be breaking ground on these two fabulous lots.
The Bertram Seaboard’s floor plan is comforting, cozy and effortless. Functionality meets beauty in the airy and uncluttered design. We just started framing, and will continue on with plumbing at the end of this month. The home is on schedule to be completed mid-March. We can’t wait to see the finished product. This home borders Wilsonville Memorial Park, a 126 acre mecca of outdoor activities and serene walking paths. Memorial Park is also home to two very popular features: the City’s only off-leash dog area and its’ community garden.
The Admiral Riverside on Homesite 25 backs up to the spring fed artisan pond, a wonderful setting within the neighborhood.
