As a continuation to our commitment to Living Green, Renaissance is excited to announce our latest construction feature:
Open Web Floor Truss System allows ducting to run through the insulated “conditioned” space of the home rather than the temperature extremes in the attic which reduces the efficiency of the HVAC system. The open web joists allow ductwork to be installed between the floors of the home creating shorter more efficient duct designs.
