Randy Sebastian, President of Renaissance Homes announced that his company has been selected to oversee the marketing of a new dramatic and well located development in the heart of Lake Oswego.  He said this neighborhood “has the Renaissance feel and is ready to go, so sales and marketing efforts will begin immediately.” He added that: “this development is a sign of an improving market and also the combined and cooperative efforts of land developers, builders and marketing companies.”

“This is a premier Renaissance style location where we can build our homes and have strong market acceptance because of the location, the size and lot configuration.” He indicated that this 15 lot development of fine homes located in the area known as Riverwood and the development known as Riverwood Park.  The development offers building sites up to 7,300 square feet and homes will vary from 2,000 square feet to 3,200 square feet.  “These will be family friendly homes because of flat lots with ample back yards and a one acre open space/park within the development offering grassy areas, benches and trails.  In addition, it has the known advantage of close proximity to the well respected Lake Oswego schools  known for their academic excellence and the availability of a wide variety of recreational opportunities, including swim easement rights to the Lake Grove Swim Park,”  he said.

Prices are all based upon presales and attractive financing packages with incentives are being offered.  Base prices begin in the mid $500’s and vary depending on the home and lot selected.  Sales of Riverwood Park will be handled by Will Fendon, Broker with Keller Williams Realty SW who can be reached at 503-432-5450 or wfendon@kw.com.

Sales begin immediately and “initial interest shows that buyers are excited about the potential of owning a home in Lake Oswego.  People see that Renaissance neighborhoods have a real upscale feel to them.  Their reputation for creating award winning homes attracts people who like the idea of a quality neighborhood,” said Fendon.

Renaissance Homes is one of the area’s largest builders with neighborhoods underway in Bend, Southwest Portland, Forest Grove, Beaverton, Wilsonville, West Linn, on the OGA golf course at Tukwila, several in Vancouver and Camas.  For more information on Renaissance Homes, visit www.Renaissance-Homes.com .

Randy Sebastian, President of Renaissance Homes recently announced that his company has partnered with fellow Street of Dreams builder, Karey Cresap, President of Hearth & Home Construction on a new desirable project.  This neighborhood called, Cresap Summit, in a wooded setting high atop Skyline Boulevard features eight large building sites, all of ample size and on a cul-de-sac, some with dramatic area views and backing to open space.

Building sites at Cresap Summit range from 7,000 square feet to more than 12,000 square feet with the choice of a true custom home built by Karey Cresap or a pre-assigned Renaissance Home ranging from 2,500 to 4,400 square feet.  What makes Cresap Summit unique is providing a choice in builders.

“This gives buyers the option of the full custom drawn home experience which is unlike building a pre-existing plan.  Many people want to take the time to fully customize their home down to every last detail and that’s my passion,” says Cresap.

“The beauty of this project is that buyers have a choice.  They can build a custom home or build a Renaissance Home that they can physically walk through in one of our 14 Renaissance communities.  A custom design and build process isn’t for everyone.  Many buyers like touring our award winning Design Center and knowing all costs up front,” says Sebastian.  Base prices for these homes will be priced from the mid $500’s to the mid $700’s Sebastian said, “making these truly a must see in this market which is being driven by extremely low interest rates and the new and lower pricing.”

“This is a wonderful location in an idyllic small enclave community.  I developed this land personally and wouldn’t trust just any builder to partner with on this project.  That’s why I chose Renaissance” said Cresap.

Prices are all based upon presales and attractive financing packages with incentives are being offered.  Sales of Cresap Summit are being handled by Karey Cresap who can be reached at 503-358-5577.

Sales begin immediately and “initial interest shows that buyers are excited about the potential of owning a home close in to Portland built by Renaissance,” said Amanda Andruss, Community Manager of nearby Peterkort Woods built by Renaissance.
